Not all storms come to disrupt, sometimes they clear your path

If I could sum it all up, 2022 for me would be like an ATV ride.

There were times when the roads were smooth;
and the path ahead clear,
And at times when you least expect, 
The road ahead begins to disappear.

As darkness looms,
Before that unpredictable climb,
Hardly able to brace,
Zero gravity has taken over in time.

Into the depths of water,
As you grasp for air,
Only to see a beacon of light,
Although barely even there.

Call it determination, survival, adrenaline,
The final push that kept you going – 
Had you emerged stronger and more resilient
And finally rediscovering your footing.

2022 has taught me to be more cautious but now ever more prepared for what is to come next. And the journey? It was inevitable; but priceless.

Because,
